Terms & Conditions

Hours of Operation

  • Business office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • After hours, weekend and holiday services are available upon request 

Hourly Services and Payment

  • Most services are billed on a per hour basis with a one hour minimum for each day of service
  • After the first hour, we bill in 15 minute increments
  • Seniors 65+ years young receive a 15% discount on each hour billed 
  • New clients will be required to pre-pay the first hour of service at the time of booking
  • All services are stated and billed in US Dollars
  • Payment is due upon the completion of services and will be charged at that time
  • A major credit card will be held as a security upon request of service
  • All additional service charges made on behalf of the client for items including but not limited to groceries, dry cleaning or postage are due upon completion of service. HLC shall charge a processing fee of 3%, if the client chooses to pay this reimbursement for expenses to HLC by credit card. No processing fee shall be added if the client pays the expense portion of the invoice by cash or check.  
  • We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover

Conditions

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested to schedule a service
  • We will do our best to accommodate any urgent or same day requests
  • If services are requested outside our normal business hours, additional charges may apply
  • Hourly rates reflect the charges for services provided by Home Life Concierge, LLC and do not include any additional costs for merchandise or the fees and services provided by any third party vendor
  • Credit cards held as security will not be charged unless the client fails to provide alternate method of payment upon completion of service
  • Home Life Concierge, LLC will not be held responsible for client dissatisfaction with merchandise purchased in good faith
  • Home Life Concierge, LLC holds the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe or unsuitable for its employees

Client Privacy

  • Your privacy is paramount. All Client requests will be handled with discretion and confidentiality

New Client Referrals

  • As a Thank You for new client referrals, you will receive 50% off your next one hour of service
